TRETA Healthcare Support & Services

Comprehensive network of recognised hospitals and practical guidance to help Telangana retired employees and teachers access timely, cashless and concessional medical care.

Telangana Retired Employees Teachers Association (TRETA) maintains an extensive panel of recognised hospitals across all districts and twin cities, ensuring members and their families can access quality treatment, diagnostics and specialist care with ease. This page summarises key medical facilities, support services and practical instructions from the TRETA Diary 2024–25 in a web-friendly format.

What this page covers:

Recognised hospitals list: Panel hospitals across Telangana districts and twin cities where TRETA members commonly seek treatment.

Pension & DR reference: Quick view of Dearness Relief (DR) timelines as compiled for pensioners.

Digital help for pensioners: How to manage life certificates, PPO details and app-based authentication.

Digital Support – Life Certificate & Apps

To simplify annual life certificate submission and pension tracking, the diary explains how retired employees and teachers can use mobile apps and online portals for secure, paperless authentication.

Mobile App Authentication

Stepwise references are given for downloading the pensioner life certificate app, registering with PPO number and mobile, and submitting a selfie-based life certificate from home.

GHMC & Pension Portals

Links and flow diagrams in the diary show how to access the GHMC website and state pension portals for registration status, PPO data and life certificate confirmation.

Benefits for Members

Digital authentication reduces travel, queueing and dependency on physical verification, which is especially helpful for senior or medically fragile pensioners.

Pensioners’ DR and DA reference

The diary provides a ready-reckoner of Dearness Relief (DR) and Dearness Allowance (DA) rates with government orders (GOs), effective dates and percentage changes for state employees and pensioners.

DR tables show rate revisions from earlier PRCs up to RPS 2015 and RPS 2020, with key dates such as 1‑1‑2015, 1‑7‑2016, 1‑1‑2018, 1‑7‑2018, 1‑1‑2019 and later updates.

Important Telangana GOs like TS GO.35, 37, 55, 56, 61, 69, 70, 88, 90 and others specify enhancement of DA/DR and their effective dates for employees and pensioners.
